By using FlightSpring’s website or phone booking service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking services
FlightSpring acts as a booking facilitator. We search fares and process reservations on behalf of travelers. All tickets are subject to the airline’s fare rules, policies, and conditions of carriage.
Payments and fees
We do not charge a booking fee for our phone service. You are responsible for the fare, taxes, and any airline-imposed charges quoted at the time of booking.
Limitation of liability
FlightSpring is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or service disruptions beyond our control. We will assist you in rebooking or applying for refunds where permitted.
